Orlando City Have Signed Bryan Rochez As A Designated Player

MLS sides are allowed 3 designated players – squad members who can break MLS salary cap rules.

Orlando City have signed Honduran international striker Bryan Rochez as their second designated player after Kaka.

“We’re extremely delighted that Bryan is joining us for the 2015 season,” said Orlando City manager Adrian Heath “He’s a player that we’ve had our eyes on for quite some time now, as we believe that he has the ability to contribute to the team straight away”.

He becomes one of the youngest designated player’s in MLS history at only 19 years old. Rochez has already scored 29 goals in 59 matches for his former side – Real Espana in the Honduran Liga Nacional.

He will join for the start of the 2015 season.
