The younger brother of Blues first team member Eden Hazard, Thorgan has been on loan at the Bundesliga club since the beginning of the season. He has been impressive during his temporary deal, and with the club now in fourth and potentially in next year’s Champions League they want to sign the 21-year-old permanently.

However, they will first have to persuade the Stamford Bridge outfit to let the young prospect go. He has a contract at the London side until 2016, but negotiations between the two clubs have apparently already begun.

Hazard already has two goals and four assists for Monchengladbach, showing off his great potential in a tough Bundesliga despite only being a bit part player. If Chelsea were to let him go, you would think that it might cost the German side a fair price.
