Real Madrid’s young striker could head to Espanyol to get minutes…
Spanish paper Mundo Deportivo is reporting that Real Madrid youngster Jese could be set to make a loan move to Catalonia for the second half of the season.
Los Blancos are keen to get the youngster some game time as he returns from a long absence following a knee injury, and Barcelona-based side Espanyol are keen to be the team to help the forward with his rehabilitation.
Jese’s injury came at a terrible time for the youngster. He was slowly forcing his way into the Madrid side, playing extremely well in a variety of positions and becoming a favourite of Carlo Ancelotti’s for his tenacity and winning spirit.

Now not only does he have to fight his way back to fitness after almost a year out, he also has new signings like James Rodriguez to compete against for minutes.
A loan move for the rest of the season would probably be a good move for all involved.
Jese, as a talent from Madrid’s own academy, is much loved by the fans, who would love to see their favourite do well, especially at Espanyol.
