Man United have won seven and drew two of their last nine fixtures and sit in a healthy spot in the top four but Dutch boss van Gaal believes his side can move onwards and upwards, stating;
“We are improving every week. Of course we will get better in 2015 so watch,”
“Next season it will be a true Louis Van Gaal team.”
Things certainly look better under van Gaal than they did for the majority of David Moyes’ short stint in charge of the club and Man United’s owners have been happy to hand the experienced former Bayern Munich and Barcelona manager a hefty transfer fund injection to help improve his squad.
