The Norway international has had a busy time over the last few months, as he has been trekking around Europe and training at the continent’s biggest clubs. Real Madrid, Barcelona, Liverpool, Bayern Munich, Ajax, and Arsenal are the teams that have had the opportunity to show the youngster around so far, and soon the Mancunian clubs can be added to that already burgeoning list.
Odegaard is supposed to report back to current side Stromsgodset for pre season training on January 6, but it is expected that he will move to one of Europe’s mega clubs either before or slightly after that date. He only has one year left on his contract at the Norwegian team, so he essentially has a free choice over where he wants to go. It had recently been rumoured that he was about to sign for Bayern Munich, but those links have now been quashed.
