The 21-year-old was given a fine and three points on his licence after being caught by police using his phone while driving in July. He has been told to pay £200 in a fine plus £85 as a statutory surcharge and £20 costs.

Arsene Wenger is thought to be interested in the full-back, and may make a £8 million bid for his services once the January transfer window is open.
