St. Etienne captain Loic Perrin is reportedly a target for the Gunners.
St. Etienne captain Loic Perrin has reportedly stated that he has been personally contacted by Arsenal about the possibility of joining the club during the January transfer window, although he also stated that Les Verds are yet to be contacted by the Gunners.
Perrin was speaking following his side’s extra time victory over Ligue 2 side Nancy in the Coup de France today – and did little to indicate that he wouldn’t be interested in the move, although it is clear that Arsenal will have to step up their efforts to agree a deal with St. Etienne if any move is to progress further:
“I have been contacted personally. Arsenal is interested, but for now there is still no contact with Saint-Etienne.”
