Kane was speaking ahead of his side’s trip to Burnley in the Third Round of the FA Cup and said that their thrilling eight goal thriller with the Blues on New Year’s Day was clearly their performance of the season.

Only Sergio Aguero has managed to net more goals than Spurs youngster Kane in all competitions this season, but the forward said he and his teammates must not get carrier away.

“We all enjoyed the win against Chelsea but we won’t get carried away. We’ll keep our feet on the ground and look forward to this game,” said Kane, reports London Evening Standard.

Kane hinted Maurico Pochettino’s side also have lofty ambitions of lifting a cup this season after reaching the semi-finals of the Capital One Cup and Europa League knockout stages already and are favourites to knock the Clarets out despite their FA Cup tie being played at Turf Moor.

“We want to do well in all competitions and Burnley away will be a tough tie for us. Burnley are a good side, played well at White Hart Lane and they’ve enjoyed some good results recently. It will be difficult for us, without a doubt,” Kane added.
