The Spanish giants are ready to make a huge profit from the sale of the Welshman, who could bring in around £120m from United, who are huge admirers of the former Tottenham Hotspurt wide-man.

With Reus available for just £20m next summer, Real are desperate to land the German international for this bargain fee, and have supposedly promised him that he is assured a place in the starting lineup as Bale will be leaving.

Despite recent reports that there was no plan to offload the 25-year-old, who scored in the Champions League final win over Atletico Madrid in May, it seems that he does not feature in the club’s long-term plans.

This will be a huge boost for United, who have set aside plenty of cash to fund this move as they look to follow up their raid on Real this summer for Angel Di Maria with another exciting transfer move.
