Gunners tipped to win race for Liverpool & Man United target.
Arsenal have been tipped to beat the likes of Liverpool and Manchester United to the signing of £25m-rated Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin, according to the Daily Star.

The French international has been in superb form for the Saints this season, and has attracted even more attention after his commanding display for Ronald Koeman’s side as they overcame United in a surprising and highly impressive 1-0 victory at Old Trafford last weekend.
Arsenal are known to be in need of new recruits in the defensive midfield department, and Schneiderlin has long been linked as one of Arsene Wenger’s priority targets in that position.
United and Liverpool have also been chasing the 25-year-old, but now seem unlikely to land him after claims from the Secret Footballer that Schneiderlin already has an agreemtn in place to join Arsenal, but not until the summer transfer window.
“My understanding is that they have an agreement already in place with Schneiderlin,” the Secret Footballer tweeted when asked if Arsenal were close to signing anyone.
