The former Manchester United youngster, who is currently out of favour at Upton Park, was once regarded as one of the most promising young talents in English football, but has had a career plagued by disciplinary problems off the pitch.

Morrison is now considering his next move as he seems to have no future with West Ham, and although Lazio made him an offer to move to Italy this month, he is keeping his options open until the summer, when he can move as a free agent.

There is said to be interest from clubs in Germany and Spain, with Morrison still seen as a naturally gifted player who could put his troubled past behind him.

The 21-year-old could benefit from leaving the Premier League after struggling to shake off his reputation on these shores.
