The youngster has been linked to both Chelsea and Liverpool, as well as fellow Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain in recent times.

The 22-year-old is thought to be one of the best young full-backs in Europe, and as such the heavyweight clubs have become interested.

However, the prospect has made it clear that he is yet to speak to anyone about a move.

“Manchester? Yes, I was there to see a game this season but there was not a meeting with anyone,” the youngster said.

“PSG? It is true that PSG is a great club. But today I am at AS Monaco. Everything is going well for me, I have a contract until 2018. I have had no contact with PSG or anyone.

“For me, this is not the time to think about the future. I think only about the present, so I can take care of myself so I am able to step onto the pitch and play as well as possible.”

The left-back has played 19 times this season after becoming a first team regular during the last campaign.

It is possible that he will line up against Arsenal in their Champions League last 16 clash later this month and the French top tier side will be hard pressed to beat the North London club if they carry on in the same form that are in at the moment.
