The striker had been linked to Arsenal earlier in the transfer window by the Daily Express. However, he has now seemed to turn his back on any move until at least the summer.
The 29-year-old only signed for the Swans in the summer, and could expect far more playing time at the Welsh club following the departure of Wilfried Bony to Manchester City.
