The England international has been involved in a number of high-profile smoking incidents in recent times, with this now being his third in the last fifteen months.
The 23-year-old is currently out injured and has missed much of the season so far, but Wenger is planning to warn him and remind him of his responsibilities to the team and the club.
Wilshere has only made 16 appearances for Arsenal this season and his form on the pitch has also come under some scrutiny.
