Pochettino taking a modern approach…
Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Nabil Bentaleb reveals boss Mauricio Pochettino’s method of helping his players improve – by showing them clips of their individual performances.
Pochettino signed a five-year contract with Spurs last May, and the 20-year-old is impressed by the methods of the new manager.

“He has given me focus and worked on me trying to lose the ball less by getting me to go forward even more. He has worked on the defensive part of my game also,” Bentaleb was quoted by The Sun as saying.
“He has done this in training but mainly by showing me clips. He is always showing me and the other players clips.”
“He takes us one by one into his office and shows us DVDs of what we are doing wrong and what we are doing right. It is very helpful,” the Spurs star revealed.
Bentaleb was pivotal in the North London derby victory over Arsenal; more than impressing after being thrown into the starting line-up, following a return from international duty, by putting in a man-of-the-match performance.
Pochettino’s methods could very well be doing wonders for his in-form side.
