The Reds are on the search for a new man between the sticks following the poor performances from both Simon Mignolet and Brad Jones during this season. Although the former has now managed four clean sheets in his last four matches, it is more down to the form of the defence than the Belgian.
According to the report Brendan Rodgers has already sent scouts out to watch the Nigeria international, and they have been impressed by what they have seen. Enyeama would not be a long term option for the position at 32-years-old, but he could at least offer a reliable pair of hands while the Merseyside club search for a younger stopper. At just £3 million he would be a fine addition to the team.
