The Basildon-born 25 year old has put pen to paper on an extension that will keep him at the club until at least 2020.

The player has represented England at every youth level and also played for Team GB in the London 2012 Olympic Games.
He joined West Ham as a youth player in 2008 and has gone on the make 178 appearances for the Upton Park side, scoring eight goals in the process. He has also spent time on loan at Championship side Derby County.
