After the thrills and spills of Leeds our attention turns to the South Coast, as the second week of the 2015 Premier League Darts tournament reaches Bournemouth.
Darts fans were treated to a extravaganza last week, with World Champions Gary Anderson pipping Phil Taylor to an 7-5 win in the game of the night while Taylor is once again in action in what looks to be another mouth watering clash, taking on fellow Stokie Adrian Lewis.
Lewis was in sparkling form last week, thrashing World finalist Raymond Van Barneveld 7-1, and with an average of over 113 the former world champion looks more than capable of adding to Taylor’s woes at a price of 11/8.
Order of Play (live streaming with Bet365 – see above)
19:10 Peter Wright (17/4) Draw (9/2) Gary Anderson (4/7)
19:50 Michael van Gerwen (4/7) Draw (9/2) Stephen Bunting (9/2)
20:30 Adrian Lewis (13/8) Draw (7/2) Phil Taylor (23/17)
21:10 James Wade (11/10) Draw (15/4) Kim Huybrechts (21/10)
21:50 Dave Chisnall (11/8) Draw (7/2) Raymond van Barneveld(17/10)
Barney will be hoping to bounce back following that crashing defeat to Lewis as he takes on Dave ‘Chizzy’ Chisnall, who himself won 7-1 in the opening week, defeating Snakebite Peter Wright 7-1.
2013 Premier League Champion Michael Van Gerwen will be looking to defeat Steven Bunting, after defeating fellow countryman Kim Huybrechts in the last round.
The Dutchman won 7-3 and with an average of over 107 looks to be in good form coming into the game.
James Wade, who has reached the final twice will take on Huybrechts and looks more than worth a wager at around evens.
World Champion Gary Anderson looks to hold all the cards as he faces Peter Wright, and should take the spoils at 1/2.
