Sam Allardyce is keen to go far in this season’s FA Cup, and after their fantastic start in the Premier League they can go all out in the cup without the possibility of relegation hanging over them.
Tony Pulis will obviously be hoping his side can get the win, but as they are just four points above the relegation zone there is a chance he may rotate slightly more.
The Baggies boss is likely to be without Victor Anichebe, with the powerful striker suffering from a groin injury. Darren Fletcher will also miss out as he is cup-tied, but Pulis has no other injury concerns.
Kevin Nolan and Mark Noble should both return for the Hammers, with both players absent for the 0-0 draw with Southampton. Adrian was sent off during the Premier League clash, but a successful appeal saw his red card overturned, meaning he is eligible to play if selected.
It’s not such good news for Andy Carroll, with the giant target man suffering another nasty injury. He is set to undergo surgery, and should miss the remainder of the season.
