Atletico Madrid do not want to sell Koke to Manchester United, but could let Miranda join the Red Devils as part of their bid to sign Juan Mata, according to the Metro.

The Spanish champions are highly reluctant to let their star midfielder leave, despite the 23-year-old likely to be among Louis van Gaal’s top targets after he announced he was seeking to sign a creative midfielder in the summer.
Instead, Atletico want to offload Brazilian defender Miranda as part of any deal to sign Mata, with the 30-year-old falling out of favour in Diego Simeone’s side this season.
Miranda has been linked with the Red Devils before, and it could be that he would still be of interest to the club as they seek new additions at the back.
