Blues supporters have already been accused of racist behaviour after a video emerged of them pushing a black passenger off a train and chanting racist slogans. Now this eyewitness, who only wants to be known as Meghane has opened up to give more information on what happened.

The 15-year-old-girl was the subject of abuse from the fans, and revealed that they also made ‘signs of death’ to her and others. This is unlikely to help the reputation of Blues fans.

“They sang songs, drank beer, and made signs of death at us,” she told the Mirror.”There were lots of them and they took up two carriages, I was standing opposite them and I confess that I would not like to have been near them.

“They started jumping in all directions and the train was shaking, it looked like it was going to tip over. The supporters [I saw] in the station were the same as the ones who stopped the man getting on the train. But [I think] this was because he was a Parisian, not because he was black.”

The supporters were in the city to watch their team play PSG in the last 16 of the Champions League. They drew the first leg 1-1.
