The 27 year old has struggled for form this term and is keen to leave Turin with Louis van Gaal readying a move to sign the South American.

Vidal had played a key role in his first three seasons at Juventus but this term has seen a significant drop in form with this source claiming a fee of as little as £23m may be enough to land the playmaker.

Van Gaal could be keen to add some more creativity to his midfield and Vidal is a player who can provide goals and assists with regularity and at the price quoted could be considered a real bargain.

Man United spent upwards of £150m on new additions last summer and should they secure a return to Champions League action then one imagines the club’s board will hand van Gaal requisite funds to once again strengthen.

Vidal has scored 34 goals and provided 19 assists in 114 Serie A fixtures since leaving Bayer Leverkusen for Juventus.
