Manchester United fans were in positive mood despite their side’s 2-1 defeat to Swansea City on Saturday – because Robin van Persie has suffered another injury, the Metro reports.

A number of United fans took to Twitter to express their joy at the Dutchman’s latest knock, with the former Arsenal man far from at his best form this season.
Van Persie was one of many under-performers for the Red Devils as they took on the Swans and lost to them for the second time this season.
The 31-year-old has suffered many injuries during his career, and some tweets suggsted he has been a waste of money for the club since joining back in 2012.
