Liverpool have been dealt an injury blow with the news that winger Jordan Ibe has been ruled out for four weeks, according to ITV Sport.
The 19-year-old sat out Sunday’s 2-1 win over Manchester City after suffering knee ligament damage in last Thursday’s Europa League loss to Besiktas.
Ibe will now also miss Liverpool’s games against Burnley, Blackburn, Swansea, Manchester United and possibly Arsenal.
Liverpool’s domestic form has been excellent recently – the Reds have won five and drawn one of their last six Premier League games.
Brendan Rodgers’ side have won five of the seven games in which Ibe has featured this season.
