How did the referee fall for this?
Wolves striker Bakary Sako was sent off during his side’s 2-2 draw with Watford in the Championship, after an apparent altercation with Hornets midfielder Fernando Forestieri.
After a challenge from the Watford man, Sako gets up and confronts Forestieri. The theatrics begin after the Italian receives a gentle shove from Sako. Forestieri seems to wait forever to actually go to ground, and somehow the referee buys it, promptly dismissing the Wolves frontman.
Surely the referee wasn’t watching the incident?
