Arsenal rumours
The experienced Argentine would be a terrific signing to replace Mikel Arteta and Mathieu Flamini in midfield for the Gunners, with Arsene Wenger known to be tracking a new player in that position.
It looks as though £18m could be enough to persuade Lazio to sell, with the player’s agent keen to push through the move and persuade the Serie A side to let his client leave.
Biglia has been linked with Arsenal before, and could finally make the move to the Emirates Stadium for next season.
