Man United have THREE deals agreed for the summer claims regional journalist

Manchester United have moved swiftly in terms of their player recruitment having already agreed three deals for the summer, according to Manchester correspondent for the Daily Mail, Mike Keegan.

The last two summers were anything but smooth with most transfer deals seemingly done in a rush as Man United paid over the odds to secure certain targets, mainly due to the lack of Champions League football.

Chief Executive Ed Woodward looks to have a new strategy by moving before the window has even open to beat rivals to certain targets, despite the club’s future as a Champions League club being far from secure.

There are no names mentioned in the report, but Louis van Gaal is evidently planning wholesale changes this summer once again with a future title challenge in mind.

After losing to Arsenal in the FA Cup to end their dreams of landing a trophy this season, the Red Devils welcome Spurs to Old Trafford in the Premier League kicking off a difficult run of fixtures.

Van Gaal’s men has an uphill battle to get back into Europe’s premier club competition, and failure to do so may mean deals in the pipeline being put on the back burner.
