According to Spanish source Fichajes.net, Reds manager Brendan Rodgers has been monitoring the performances of the Spanish international, who looks a solid defensive midfield player.
Camacho has been linked with bigger clubs in the past, and may finally be coming to an end of his time with Malaga after starring in their team in La Liga this season.
Liverpool have been linked with a number of other big-name signings in midfied, however, and it remains to be seen if Camacho is their priority for when Gerrard leaves for LA Galaxy.
