According to the Daily Mirror, the former England international is on Celtic’s agenda for next season as he could be available on a short-term deal during the MLS off-season.
Gerrard is still at Anfield for the rest of this campaign, and has already been linked with a return to the Reds on loan in the future when he does make the move to LA.
Still, Celtic are now ready to rival the Merseyside giants for his signature in what would be an exciting big-name transfer for them.
