Arsenal supporter and television personality Piers Morgan has, in typical fashion, slammed the Gunners on Twitter after they were dumped out of the Champions League on away goals to Ligue 1’s AS Monaco – despite a 2-0 victory at the Stade Louis II.

The 49-year-old is fuming over their exit from the competition, as – once again – the club disappoint on the European stage.
Morgan reckons the Champions League will continue to elude them if Arsene Wenger remains in charge.
