The Colombian has been very disappointing since arriving from AS Monaco on loan, scoring just four times in 19 appearances. He has been left out of the starting line up since February, and has even been made to play for the Under 21’s side. This has made it more and more likely that manager Louis van Gaal will choose to not make the 28-year-old’s deal permanent in the summer.

According to Goal.com he said: “When the championship finishes, of course I will sit down, analyse things and decide what is best for me. Obviously I need to find a place where I have continuity and where I can play. I am totally focused on the club. There are eight games left and anything can happen.”

However, it is unknown whether the former Porto man would get in to the side of either Liverpool or Chelsea. The Reds already have Daniel Sturridge up front, Spurs have Harry Kane, and the Stamford Bridge outfit have Diego Costa. So there is no guarantee for Falcao to get football with any of the clubs that are interested in his signature.
