Chelsea look set to welcome back forgotten man Marko Marin as Anderlecht are apparently not interested in signing the German on a permanent basis according to the Metro.

The pint-sized attacker hasn’t impressed during his loan spell at the Belgian giants, with form and fitness hampering his progress, and this has put an end to any possible move to the Brussels based side
Marin moved to Stamford Bridge back in July 2012 but has thus far made just two Premier League starts, being farmed out on loan to Sevilla and Fiorentina before his current spell away, and if he does indeed return to Chelsea he will struggle to even make the bench.
Chelsea paid £7m for Marin but would no doubt accept far less for the player but his stock has dropped dramatically and as such it’s hard to imagine quite where the former Borussia Monchengladbach man will end up.
