The South American giants were on top form to beat Bahrain 6-0 during this week’s international break, and some fans clearly felt the need to take to the pitch to show their appreciation during this rout.
Ospina has been in fine form for Arsenal this season, taking the number one spot from Wojciech Szczesny at the Emirates Stadium, but he won’t have had a great deal of work to do in this particular game as his side’s attackers did the job.
Still, the 26-year-old is clearly a popular figure on the international stage, and was gleefully embraced by an onrushing pitch invader, as can be seen in the video below.
It was also a good night for Radamel Falcao, who finally got on the scoresheet after a frustrating season at club level for Manchester United.
