Now 25 years old, the forward has had 11 different clubs in the last 10 seasons, after being hailed as a potential world superstar when he was a youngster in the MLS. The American has been without a club since 2014, when he was let go from Serbian team Jagodina after making just one appearance for the club.

After failing to get a permanent deal following trials at Blackpool and AZ Alkmaar, it seems that Kuopion have decided to take a chance on the player. At the very least he will bring some publicity to a team that almost no one will have heard of before.
