Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli’s short career at Anfield has failed to take off since his £16m move in the summer, but now it appears that his time at the club has hit a new low.

The Italian has scored just once in his Premier League career on Merseyside, and was unable to secure a place in the national side for the recent internationals, with struggling Southampton striker Graziano Pelle being called up ahead of him. With a summer exit likely, the last thing the 24-year-old needed was to be embarrassed by a YouTube user.
Bas, a free-kick specialist from Holland, travelled to Melwood to compete against Reds’ players: Fabio Borini, Rickie Lambert, Lazar Markovic, and Balotelli himself.
Whilst the Dutchman scores a perfectly curled attempt, Balotelli can only scuff his first effort well off target.
The former Manchester City forward gets his own back in the second round – with a wall included – with a powerful effort straight into the top corner.
