Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea, and Manchester City are all trying to sign Leeds United youngster Lewis Cook, reports the Daily Star.
The Premier League top five are all interested in the 18-year-old after his breakthrough season at Elland Road. The teenager made his debut back in August and has since gone on to make 37 appearances in the Championship for the Whites. The central midfielder has grabbed one assist in those games.
With so much competition for the player the Yorkshire side have put a £12 million price tag on him, but this surely wouldn’t be a big deal to the clubs that are meant to be interested in him.
Cook signed a new contract with Leeds in January, but at only £4000 a week it is unlikely to be enough to keep the Englishman at the club for long, especially given the calibre of sides that are attempting to sign the youngster.
