The 20-year-old has been linked with a move to Arsenal recently, and hasn’t exactly done much to dispel the rumours. Liverpool fans clearly aren’t happy with him at the moment, and one fan in particular had a few choice words for him.

The disgruntled fan couldn’t help lashing out at Sterling while he was being interviewed, shouting out: “Make sure we see you in it next year.”

Top players are regularly linked with moves away from their clubs, especially when they are performing well. But the fans are more concerned with the recent – and out of the blue – interview that Sterling gave to the BBC, in which he revealed that he was flattered by the interest from Arsenal and dreamed of playing for a club that were competing for titles.

This all comes at a time when there are question marks over his future at Anfield, with the young forward stalling on a new contract. He could potentially be on his way out of the club this summer, with Liverpool unlikely to want to risk letting him run down his current deal.
