Former Liverpool forward Stan Collymore has told Raheem Sterling he should ditch his friends after a video and a picture emerged of the player in the media.

Over the last week a picture of the 20-year-old smoking from a shisha pipe and a video of him inhaling nitrous oxide, otherwise known as laughing gas, have appeared in several media outlets including the Daily Express. Clearly Collymore thinks that these have been leaked by the England international’s supposed friends, and is not happy about the situation.
If these were indeed his friends you would have to question how much they really care if they are leaking videos and pictures of the midfielder.

Sterling has been in the news lately because of stalled negotiations over a contract extension at Anfield, as the Guardian has reported. The youngster still has over two years left on his current deal, but the Reds still seem keen to tie him down for longer before it starts to run down.
