This is despite the fact that the 23-year-old only moved to the Bundesliga side from the Blues last summer. He has had a great campaign with the German team, scoring 14 goals and grabbing 22 assists in the Europa League and Bundesliga.
This has led to the youngster being linked to a return to the Premier League with either the Red Devils or the Stamford Bridge outfit by the Metro. Bayern Munich are also apparently interested according to the British paper.
However, despite this his representative Patrick De Koster has claimed that Juventus are also keen on his client. The most surprising revelation is that the player could be leaving his current club.
He said: “This could be his last season at Wolfsburg. Currently the only club we have talked to regarding his future is the German side (Wolfsburg). His value is higher than €30 million (£21 million) but you can’t take anything for granted in football.
“In football nothing is taken for granted and in Italy there are several interested teams like Juventus which is a fantastic club.”
