Luis Suarez completed his first Barcelona hat-trick in their comprehensive 8-0 victory against rock-bottom Cordoba at the Estadio Nuevo Arcángel in the La Liga clash on Saturday afternoon.

Ivan Rakitic had broken the deadlock a few minutes before the interval and then it became the Suarez show as he notched his first of the afternoon in first half injury time when he converted from a pin-point Andres Iniesta cross for his 22nd goal of a stunning debut season in Spain.
His second came moments after Lionel Messi had made it 3-0 early in the second half as the Uruguayan found the net again with a headed effort after a cross from the right hand side.
That goal made it back-to-back braces for the former Liverpool man as he matched his exploits from the huge victory over Getafe in midweek.
The 28-year-old completed his treble with two minutes remaining to make it eight on the day for Barca as he slotted the ball into the net from inside the area and he will now turn his attentions to the mouth-watering Champions League semi-final first leg tie against Bayern Munich next week.
The emphatic victory for the league leaders sees them open up a five-point lead over fierce rivals and second placed Real Madrid who face a tricky test later on in the day against a Seviila side that is unbeaten at home in the league this season
