The Blues celebrated a Premier League title win this weekend as they beat Crystal Palace 1-0 at Stamford Bridge, but Jose Mourinho already seems to be thinking about the players he needs on board to build an even stronger team for next season.

According to the Daily Express, Chelsea want to rival United in the race to sign Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani (£35m) and Southampton right-back Nathaniel Clyne (£20m).

This would no doubt be a major blow for the Red Devils as they look to close the gap on their rivals, with Chelsea bringing in even more quality to enhance their status as title favourites again next year.

In another surprise move, the champions are linked with a move to bring in Juventus midfield veteran Andrea Pirlo to Stamford Bridge on a free transfer.
