There was sad news on Monday morning, as it was revealed that England and Tottenham Hotspur legend Jimmy Greaves is in intensive care after suffering a severe stroke on Sunday.
Greaves scored 44 goals in 57 games for England, and remains Tottenham Hotspur’s all time top scorer with 220 goals in 379 club appearances. He was set for an induction into Spurs’ Hall of Fame next week, with the ceremony, reports the Mirror, set to be a sell out at White Hart Lane.
