The Belgian posted a picture on his Instagram page of himself relaxing in the sun with the Blues’ domestic success confirmed with three games to spare after beating Crystal Palace 1-0 at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.

The Blues still have to face Liverpool, West Bromwich Albion and Sunderland before the curtain closes on the Premier League season.
The 24-year-old has netted 14 times and registered eight assists in the Premier League so far, and has really cemented his status as one of Chelsea’s best signings at Stamford Bridge.
Hazard has scored against Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool and Manchester United this season, and his stunning performances saw him bag the PFA Player of the Year award.
