West Ham midfielder Sebastian Lletget is set to sign with the LA Galaxy, who are looking to increase the number options they have available in the middle of the pitch.

According to Goal.com, the former US youth international, who is 22 years old, will have a medical in Los Angeles this week after an undisclosed fee was agreed.

Lletget has been at West Ham for five years, but despite making the bench on several occasions he is yet to make is Premier League bow.

It marks the start of what is expected to be a huge summer clear out at the Upton Park club. In recent weeks, Kevin Nolan, Carlton Cole, James Collins, Mark Noble, and James Tomkins have all been linked with a move away from the club.

West Ham are currently ninth in the table with 47 points from their 35 games. Their remaining games are against Aston Villa, Everton, and Newcastle United.
