The Brazilian has had an up and down time of it this season, at times being dropped from the Blues starting eleven, and is currently sidelined with a thigh injury, but Mourinho believes the 23 year old will see a return to form next term, stating;

“I have a feeling that Oscar, next year, can have the same evolution that Hazard had this season.

“He has never had a pre-season in his life because of tournaments but now he will have a pre-season because he is injured for the Copa America.”

Indeed Dunga didn’t select Oscar for his national team squad for the Copa America and this will give the Chelsea man plenty of time to recover from his current knock.
