The reigning Ligue 1 champions have been linked with a move for the Belgian superstar, while Real Madrid were also rumoured to be linked with a move for the forward.

“Afterwards, we’ll take a look,” he continued, “in football, we never know. If one day I must return to France, as I have always said, it will be to Lille.”

The 24-year-old has scored 14 goals in 35 Premier League starts to date for Chelsea this season, guiding the Pensioners to the English title.
