20 year old England international Sterling has a year to run on his current contract and has resisted attempts by Liverpool to sign a new deal and this has alerted a host of sides with Man City, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich all keen on the forward.

Sterling has been a virtual ever present in Brendan Rodgers side this term but Liverpool’s failure to secure a top four finish could prove a major obstacle to their hopes of retaining the former QPR youth team player.

19 year old Ibe is a less prominent member of Liverpool’s firs team squad but the teenager has already shown enough potential to attract both Arsenal and Chelsea.

Liverpool have offered the speedy wide-man a £25k a week deal, which is more than treble his current £7k a week contract, but his advisers are looking for as much as double that offer and this may only heighten interest in the youngster.

Though Chelsea have romped to a Premier League title it may well be Jose Mourinho’s side that is in more need of attacking additions, with the likes of Juan Cuadrado, Didier Drogba and Loic Remy all failing to make a real impact this term.
