The 19 year old Burkina Faso international signed for the Blues back in October 2013 but is still to play a senior fixture for the West London club and is currently into his second season on loan at Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem.
Borussia Dortmund, who will see long serving boss Jurgen Klopp leave in the summer, will make a £7m offer for the attacking midfielder, though this source claims Jose Mourinho sees the teenager as part of his long term plans and as such Traore may well be going nowhere.
Given the sheer size of Chelsea’s squad and the number of world-class players vying for spots that Traore would want to fill it seems highly unlikely that the starlet will get a look in at Stamford Bridge any time soon.
