It had been thought that the 22-year-old was set for a move to one of the Spanish giants, but it now seems there is still a chance for the other sides in the race. In order to facilitate a move to one of the La Liga teams the midfielder would likely have to sacrifice his image rights, losing him and agent Mino Raiola significant sums of money.

The Red Devils are likely to be especially keen to jump on this chance. Having let the France international go to Turin for nothing in 2012, they will want to make up for what has been a very expensive mistake by re-signing the youngster.

Pogba has drawn the attention of Europe’s ‘Elite’ with great performances for the Bianconeri since arriving three years ago. This season he has ten goals and five assists in 37 appearances, helping the club to the Serie A title, Coppa Italia, and the final of the Champions League.
