The Argentine starlet is, however, likely to remain in Serie A next year as he prepares to undergo a medical with Juventus, who have seen off competition for his signature.

The Italian champions are looking to improve on their squad that has just celebrated a fourth consecutive title win, as well as reaching the final of the Champions League.

Dybala’s fine form for Palermo this season has attracted strong interest from a host of top sides, with the 21-year-old contributing 13 goals and 10 assists in a superb individual campaign.

There’s no doubt the young forward could add something to Juventus’ lineup, and the Daily Mail now suggests a move is close to going through, much to the disappointment of English clubs who’d also been monitoring his situation.
